We also engage with key personnel by conducting a mock Q&A session with your Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor, simulating real-world scenarios and assessments.

    The Spot Check process takes approximately 4 hours.

    We aim to ensure you feel calm, prepared, and confident as you approach your service’s assessment.

  • We will review your service’s policies and quality improvement plan, providing detailed feedback. Based on our assessment, we create a tailored improvement plan and discuss it in a video meeting to collaborate on strategies best suited for your service. We also conduct a mock Q&A with your Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor to simulate real-world scenarios and gather feedback. Upon completing the virtual evaluation, we send you a comprehensive digital report.

Launch your childcare career with ECT
We are Early Childhood Training (ECT) and we specialise in only one thing; on the job training for students studying Cert III and the Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
We are aware that other training programs can be impersonal and out of touch. That's what inspired us to start ECT. Our trainers offer frequent face-to-face contact, we get to know our students incredibly well, make ourselves available at all times and provide guidance based on our own professional experience.
