Launch your childcare career with ECT
We are Early Childhood Training (ECT) and we specialise in only one thing; on the job training for students studying Cert III and the Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
We are aware that other training programs can be impersonal and out of touch. That's what inspired us to start ECT. Our trainers offer frequent face-to-face contact, we get to know our students incredibly well, make ourselves available at all times and provide guidance based on our own professional experience.
Sam Rosenberg and Megan Sharman lead the team at ECT. Together, they have more than 40 years of combined strategic, practical and operational childcare industry experience.
